Linda Alexander is a London based artist who specialises in large oil paintings of flowers. Sunlight and nature inspire her art. Her paintings capture the dazzling effect of sunlight on the most beautiful flowers. She enhances the transparency and texture of petals, the delicate qualities of reflected light and the incredibly subtle variations of colour.

Her beautifully detailed paintings and prints have been sold worldwide and exhibited in a number of London galleries including The Royal Academy of Arts, The Society of Botanical Artists and The Mall Galleries for The Royal Institute of Oil Painters where she won the prestigious Stanley Grimm Prize 2007-2008. Linda will be exhibiting at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show for the seventh time in May this year.
